In 2019, during the COVID pandemic across the world, including India, most of the retailers lost their business, and the retail industry almost collapsed. Although the situation gradually improved, the business of many retailers did not improve.
They had to face a lot of losses. They could not restore his business, even if they wanted to. Rajkiran sir looked into the harmful and dire situation of retailers.
With the aim of developing the business of these retailers, he started working on it in 2020 with the help of Shubhra Das. After a lot of hard work, he launched this startup called ZamWays in 2023 with the help of Shubhra Das.
Finally, in 2024, he got Axis Bank as a payment gateway partner after 2 years of rejection from around 25 payment gateway companies.
Many new retailers can't start their businesses because of a lack of money. ZamWays has solved this problem. ZamWays engages these new retailers as a helping hand in starting and growing their businesses by providing business capital.

After becoming a retail merchant, first add all your products to the ZamWays app. After your profile is created, it will appear on the ZamWays website and app.
When a user in your local area searches for a product or service in your store category, ZamWays will present your store to the user via website, application. ZamWays will also connect the local users with your retail stores through email, message, and whatsapp. As a result, users are visiting your stores, buying products or services and your store's retail sales increase.
